Picnics are for everyone. For family and relatives, for friends and lovers and of course, little children. Picnics are great outdoor escapades. But sometimes you just want to get away from it all. Big or small blankets, those with multiple layers. You can even choose from different designs, whatever suits your taste will do just fine. Just make sure you can lie down on it.



So you have your picnic blanket ready. What you will need next is a destination. Again, it doesn't matter where you decide to go. The busy park in your neighborhood, the beach, a secluded spot on a resort or maybe even your rooftop, if the weather is friendly enough. Once you've decided, then you're all set. Drive or walk towards your destination and when you get there, secure a spot you can claim as your own. Pull out your picnic blanket and prop it nicely on the ground. Now you can start easing out. Lie down comfortably on your blanket and feel yourself drift away from the rest of the crowd. mentally block all the the noise you're hearing and just listen to your thoughts of rest and relaxation. Now this might be a little hard if you're trying this for the first time but don't worry, we came prepared, right? Now's a good time to pull out your sunglasses and earplugs. Put them on and without a doubt you'll soon be adrift towards peace and quiet.
